The woman who checked me in was friendly, courteous, sincere & professional.
She actually remembered me from my last stay a few months back.
She noticed how tired I was and her eagerness to check me was greatly appreciated.
I prefer My Place Hotels because they are always consistent.
Clean rooms, warm, friendly staff and comfortable beds/bedding.
These rooms really do have a feeling similar to my own home.

Easy parking despite ongoing road construction. Kitchen area was clean, but it didn't appear to have any cooking vessels or tableware. Staff was pleasant and easy to work with.

I feel this is still the best stay in town when amenities are not needed. No swimming pool, breakfast etc. just a good stay at a good price.

Laundry dryers don’t dry unless ran twice. Sounds like buffalo above at midnight and the floor and ceiling is very rundown. Last time I use my place after many years of patronage

Wasn’t anything to use to prepare a meal like we expected! Not even a knife to butter your toast! Hairdryer not working! No ice available,,,was morning before the icemaker made ice! Why have a place to cook with nothing to use! Very poor for the price!

It was an okay stay, I was there for work. When I checked out and got home I realized I left behind a personal item talked to someone said they’d get mail out the next day if I purchased and sent a label it’s been almost 2 weeks and nothing. I’ve been calling and no one can give me an update.

I chose this hotel as I was in town for a wedding and I had to put the wedding cake together the morning of the wedding. When i checked out i forgot some items and the front desk was a amazing when i called regarding them.
