Staff was kind and our room was clean - I would recommend this to travelers needing a quick place to stay right off the interstate.

The property is poorly maintained, the room was dusty, the hall and room smelled of smoke, the filters on the heater/AC were disgustingly dirty, the beds and pillows were uncomfortable

Hot tub wasn’t working. Pool was cold and dirty. There were no items to be purchased in the pantry. Literally, just lemonade. And a couple things of Tylenol. No food no water, nothing. Room wasn’t cleaned up to standards for sure. Won’t stay there again.

Well I reserved a room with a jacuzzi tub in it… we didn’t recieve that. They said the room we reserved doesn’t have that option. But on both their website and expedias website it is listed. So they need to get their advertising correct. If I wanted to stay in a basic suite we would of gotten a regular hotel room

酒店回复: We are sorry you were less than happy with your room. We take all complaints very seriously. We do have 2 rooms at our property with Jacuzi tubs in them. After viewing both ******* and our own website we find the advertizing is correct for both of those rooms. we are sorry that you selected the room that clearly does not advertize that amenity.

Room was clean, no concerns. Staff was great! And personal shout to the lady making the breakfasts and staying on top of the refill with coffee and food. We appreciate you!

我住在424房间。房间非常干净现代。门上既有插销锁，也有U型插销锁。一切都运转良好，床很舒服，床单干净。唯一的问题是浴室的通风口，灰尘很多，应该清理一下。
大堂和餐厅：
大堂和餐厅区域的清洁工作有待加强。早餐选择不尽如人意——水果只有橙子。如果能有苹果或香蕉之类的选择就更好了。此外，我早上6:45到的时候，没有餐巾纸，而且鸡蛋当时已经凉了。
位置：
位置极佳。酒店门前就是加油站，步行范围内还有几家餐厅，包括哈迪斯、塔可约翰和赛百味。停车方便，虽然附近有几家酒店，但这家似乎是最佳选择。它也非常靠近州议会大厦，我从我的房间就可以看到它。
