I requested housekeeping 2 days and it was not done. I had to go to the desk to get clean towels. One of the mornings I went down for breakfast there was no hot coffee. i was there 10 minutes before coffee was brought out.

Room had a light bulb out and was dusty and tv had marks on the screen same with the mirror next to the bathroom

我住在424房间。房间非常干净现代。门上既有插销锁，也有U型插销锁。一切都运转良好，床很舒服，床单干净。唯一的问题是浴室的通风口，灰尘很多，应该清理一下。
大堂和餐厅：
大堂和餐厅区域的清洁工作有待加强。早餐选择不尽如人意——水果只有橙子。如果能有苹果或香蕉之类的选择就更好了。此外，我早上6:45到的时候，没有餐巾纸，而且鸡蛋当时已经凉了。
位置：
位置极佳。酒店门前就是加油站，步行范围内还有几家餐厅，包括哈迪斯、塔可约翰和赛百味。停车方便，虽然附近有几家酒店，但这家似乎是最佳选择。它也非常靠近州议会大厦，我从我的房间就可以看到它。
酒店感觉相当老旧。入住柜台墙上的牌匾是2010年设立的，从那以后就一直没有任何改进。走进房间，空调发出巨大的噪音，让我睡了好几个小时，最后才戴上耳塞睡着。
我们的住宿体验很棒，但有一个小问题。窗帘只是为了好看，我们需要它来遮挡街对面五盏耀眼的灯光。不过，其他一切都很完美。
唯一的优点是房间大小。床不舒服，工作人员不友好，浴室有霉菌。
