I had an incredible stay at Metropolitan at The 9, Autograph Collection. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and truly made me feel at home. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, which made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
One of the highlights was the Christmas Bar—it was festive, fun, and added such a special touch to the holiday season. The atmosphere was amazing, and it made my visit feel even more memorable.
Overall, the combination of excellent service, clean and comfortable accommodations, and unique amenities made this a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back!

酒吧酒水齐全，酒店也绝对允许携带宠物。房间大部分时间都很干净，只有一个晚上房间没有打扫。但总的来说，我们很喜欢这次住宿，以后肯定还会再来。
真希望我能附上照片，照片里满是爱的污渍，脏兮兮的沙发，脏兮兮的地板，满地的糖果，还有脏兮兮、满是污垢的窗户。房间太不舒服了，我们早上6点45分就起床取东西退房了，房间实在太脏了，一晚上都不舒服。400多美元一晚，我再也不会住这里了，虽然一开始确实很友好，也很友善。但我来这里就是为了房间，而且我喜欢干净的房间。下次我肯定会再住希尔顿，绝对不会问任何问题。

我订了一间房，结果却没安排入住。工作人员一直没通知我房间被安排入住了，直到我看了房间后打电话给前台。马桶一直不停地漏水。
很好，但客房服务人员催我离开房间，非常不专业，让我的住宿体验不太愉快
房间地毯和家具似乎有些破旧，需要更换。房间还算干净，但细节方面不够用心。
我们的房间在入住后四个小时还没有准备好。
