Staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooms slightly dated. Biggest negative, for me, is with exception of the main enterance the sidewalks were not shoveled of snow. Breakfast is included in price, which is nice. But it was minimal

The room condition was less than desirable. Thenceiling joint tape above one of the beds was failing down. One of the matresses was colapsed and should be replaced. The in-room iron failed to emit steam. The shower wand was being held up by old hair ties vice using wand clips. The shower curtain wasn't long enough and flooded the batheroom when using the shower. The in-room air conditioner/heater cycled excessively.
The breakfast room mini fridge needs to be kept at a cooler temperature (40F max). The breakfast room microwave is filthy.
The exercise room carpet needs to.be vacuumed and the room.needs to be cleaned and generally dusted.
The hot tub, the main reason we reserved a room for this hotel, wasn't even working. So fixt that.

The ice machine was out of order, then the waffle iron was out of order. The staff was pleasant but the property seemed run down.

The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was descent and the property was in a good location.

Ice machine was not working all weekend. Had to go buy ice each day from a gas station.
Heater in room was very noisy, very difficult to get and stay asleep.
Bathroom sink faucet was really hard to open and close.
Room was very clean.
Would probably book there again next year except for the heater noise and no ice.

The room was fine, however the pool and hot tube area is in dire need of revamping.. floaties from the falling ceiling debris, looks like its not been cleaned in forever.. hot tub doesn't work, not surprising considering the entire area looks to be in disrepair, if you need the disability sling , don't come here.. I guarantee it doesn't work .. wires were pulled out and hanging.. hot tub timer hanging out of the wall.. , I was actually pretty shocked at the appearance of the pool area. Limited seating also full of whatever is falling off the ceiling. Breakfast was good, had a decent variety.. overall it's an ok property but definitely one of the older motels in town , don't over pay for this place.

Great location, but downhill after that. Television, heater/AC, and bathroom ventilation device all didn't work. The WiFi might have been Gen 2 as it was so slow. Tired property in need of renovation.

This place needs a remodel. Rugs are horribly stained and torn. Hot tub does not work. Would not recommend this hotel

Very meh. Pool filthy and out of service. Hot tub not much better. No elevator. Minimal amenities but adequate for a place to sleep
