This was our second time staying. We love it. We have a view of Lake Havasu from our living room and patio.

Our first stay, and it was very positive. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The property and the room were clean and well maintained. We had a view of the lake, and a short drive to get into town/shops/restaurants. It was a great value for the price.

The bungalows were very clean and neat. There was parking near my room. Front desk was very helpful

The place was nice. Only small concerns was wasn’t aware that there were no onsite parking if you had a trailer. They did provide offsite parking but that meant every day I had to connect the trailer and then reconnect it when I got out of the water. As far as cleanliness, all was great except the floors were a little dirty. If you got out of the shower and didn’t have shoes on, your feet were black in a short amount of time.

Check-in was easy and pleasant. Rooms were clean, attractive and well appointed. King bed was very comfortable. Property was not directly on the lake so needed to drive to beaches, restaurants etc. Pool was small and unshaded basically rendering it useless in 110+ temps. Would recommend a stay but not during the summer months.

Why stay anywhere else?
Its more like a home away from home than a hotel! The rooms are clean, and feel private.
Front desk Sara is incredible! Very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Hooked us up with a lake view and a room right by the pool. We travel to Lake Havasu often and i can promise you, we'll be back!

The condo was extremely comfortable and the bed was top notch. We will book again.
