This property is not dirty, it’s Filty! When you walk to the carpet, makes the bottom of your feet black. We have to go to bath tub and wash off our feet before getting in bed!

Room was accommodating with a sitting area. Beds were comfy! Chairs in the breakfast area are very raggedy & need to be recovered or replaced. Breakfast was a good variety! Great attendant!
Gal at the front desk could learn some customer service & tact! Felt like she was always patronizing & talking down to us! Example: Pointed over her shoulder “sign on the wall” when asked where the ice machine was! Always seemed annoyed.
Would stay here again.

Terrible. We won't stay again.
Morning staff were rude, hotel needs massive upgrade, door lock was broken, shower was dirty, pillows were terrible, pool and slide were broken which allowed way too many people in the other pool with no monitoring or rules. Kids were climbing up slides. toddler slide was dangerous with only landing on a mat. Breakfast was below average.

pool was closed
room was clean, staff were friendly, but the pool and kiddy pool were closed and i guess it was closed for about a week prior to me staying there. it was my sons 16th bday party. i think they should have called or emailed their guests with reservations and informed us of that.

Hotel was clean. Great pool area. Twice while I was there, I had to wait at the front counter for over 15 minutes for someone to help me. Once when I checked in and once when I had to get my key card fixed.

Money manipulation
I didn’t actually stay because they were charging over $300 a night because of the United tribes pow wow. Ridiculous!!! Shame on them for price gauging. Yuck. Don’t stay here…..ever.
