Room was clean and things worked as expected. Breakfast was lacking and the facility could use a more regular cleaning. Despite those things I would't hesitate to stay there again.

The television was attached to a ROKU device
but did not work...had to move rooms. Inconvenient but
service agent was very helpful.

Yes, bed frame was broke and held together with a hose clamp and collapsed when I sat on the end of the bed to put shoes on. New TV wouldn’t load anything.

Clean rooms, hallways have not been vacuumed in months.
First morning of our stay hotel was vacated by any staff. One of the people in my party was locked out of their room for over 3 hours due to no staff on site. Food is n lobby for the breakfast was non existent. The cereal has been in the bins for to long!

At check in, no one was at the desk. I picked up the phone as instructed by a sign that was posted. The front desk lady got up from a lobby chair and said "im the one that will assist you" as she watched me walk in. Proceeded to tell me "whe had a headache and hates when people spam the phone." She was also extrememly unclean, strong body odor, sloppy and overall unprofessional. Our room was clean, but the bathroom/shower room lightbulb had burned out. My husband went to the front desk to get a replacement so he could just change it. The front desk told him she didnt know where to get lightbulbs and would have maintenance come do it when they got there, within an hour. No one came.
So after camping and hunting for 2 days, we chose to take showers in the dark.
The morning of checkout was great. The gal working was great at her job, cared what guests needed and ensured everyone was taken care of. She needs a raise, others need to be cut loose.

When we walked in there was a couch with a young girl overweight greasy hair playing on her phone . There was a sign that read “ pick up phone for service “ I did and then and only then did she get off the couch . We filled out one paper with all the info I gave on ******* again . Then she gives us another page to write the same information as we just wrote so this would have been 3 times . When I remarked she could just copy the info onto other paper she replies “ I am only doing my job and I don’t need any attitude from you ! We left and went somewhere else.
