Property was convenient location to Metro Park. Check in and staff were great. Breakfast was good and had great variety. Property getting a little tired and is in need of an update.

We travel a lot for hockey and this was the absolute best hotel out of 4 years of travelling. The staff was friendly and courteous and truly seemed taking care of guests was their top priorty. Our stay was as comfortable as being at home. This will be my go to choice anytime I am in Billings!!

Liked the bedroom was private in the suite. Very disappointed Spectrum internet did not work. Very hard to get to television channels. Facility shows lots of wear. Needs upgraded.

Staff was excellent but the property carpet was dirty for several days in a row. Upon arriving, there was a man outside selling brewery cards that made me uncomfortable.

Worn/older furniture and carpet in room. My husband found whisker hair around the sink, looked like they maybe cleaned too fast and missed it. Bed was fresh and clean. Staff was amazing and very friendly.

The rooms were not bad but the carpets were dirty. The first room that we got had the curtains broken so we could not close them and we were on the main floor with people from the parking lot looking on . The second room we got was better . I believe that people smoked on the main floor because was a deodorizer smell trying to mask the cigarettes smell . Also people were smoking at the entrance , in front of the building . Not very pleasant . Around the property was quite dirty . Thank you .
