I’m a total snob when it comes to hotel. They need to be clean, really clean. This hotel was incredible. The beds were heaven. The toiletries are divine. The food at both restaurants was incredible and well priced. I wish I could have stayed longer. Michael at the front desk was able to help with anything and everything.

If you are staying in downtown Billings, this is where you want to be. Walkable to many restaurants and tourist spots. The hotel has great restaurants and a bar on-site. Comfy, clean rooms. Easy parking. Staff is helpful and friendly. Very cool, updated, historic hotel.

Everything was good except I was told that the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work on the entire 4th floor. We were originally moved to another room because fan wasn’t working. Come to find out that the room we were moved to didn’t have a workable exhaust fan in the bathroom either. Aside from this, everything was great.

Nice bed, friendly service, and good food in restaurant. Only negative was water pressure low in shower unless using VERY hot water.

我们北方酒店的入住体验非常完美！工作人员对我们照顾得无微不至。我们的房间出了点问题，要求换房，他们毫不犹豫地帮我们换了，甚至还给我们升级了房间！晚上路上的噪音有点大，但这也不是酒店能改变的。
