Card keys didn't work at first, no elevator the 2nd floor with a bunch of luggage, and couldn't get on to the wifi. Meh.

Bathroom door didn’t close properly. Property needed a renovation. Breakfast wasn’t great. We stayed at a Baymont in Rapid City and really enjoyed it. This one was disappointing.

The check in was slow. There were two visitors in front of me, so I waited about 20 minutes for my turn. Once I entered my room, I always check the toilet and it was smelling urine, there was a cent coin on the floor and some black things on the wash basin. They make up the room but didn’t clean the toilet. I called front desk and asked for cleaning but they said house keepers went home already. They asked me to move to another room. After setting in the new room, we wanted to heat up some food, we got shocked when we opened the oven. It was smelly with food stains and there was no tray. It is a good property but loosing its image and my ratings because of house keeping. The breakfast is also below average. So, I would not come back again.

Property states that rv trailer parking is available on site. Untrue, if you pull in with a trailer, no where to go. Property is just not pleasant.

With some TLC, the rooms could be updated. They were clean, though, but there were burned out lights, the microwave needs replacing. And the staff, though pleasant, always seemed to be on their phones.

Room 121 was beat up. Leaking shower dripping constantly, shower curtain rod improperly installed resulting in the curtain sliding to the middle resulting in no splash coverage. Broken pony wall topper with pieces actually missing altogether. Ink (?) stains on sheet. All woodwork scraped and chipped from the entry door to mirror surrounds.

Location convenient. Grass area for pets. A bit overpriced with below average service and additional pet fees. Indoor pool and hot tub looked clean but didn't use as I couldn't leave my dogs alone.
