Reserved 2 rooms literally over a month ago in anticipation of a cross country move. I showed up after driving 14 hours to a sign that said "We're closed." The guy at the desk said he had no access to anything and that I'd have to "figure it out with whatever third party company I booked through." Still fighting to get my refund through ********** and PISSED about it.

It's a motel 6. It's very affordable. We traveled with our 6yr old and felt safe enough. We couldn't lock the window and we were on a ground floor room. But we managed to lock it with some stuff we had. The area is industrial and nothing easily walkable. But everyone was kind and there wasn't anyone untoward around.

No notice of cancellation
They cancelled my reservation due to a problem with the building (maybe) and didn't bother to tell me that the place was shut down. I'm not happy with motel6 in Billings at all.

The rooms were not cleaned. The beds were stinking, the bathroom tub handle was not working, two used hand towels, holes in the wall. It is a dis-service to let customers book rooms and have to deal with the sad situation. Please give full refund.

There was no hand railing, which made it difficult to walk down the stairs carrying a suitcase.

酒店很脏，窗户破损不堪，部分墙壁缺失导致电线和绝缘材料裸露在外，而且房间门也锁不上。
