We only stayed 2 nights. But if this had been a longer stay, we would have requested a room change. We were put in a room at the far end of the 2nd floor and next to all the A/C equipment outside. Very loud!!

Every staff member from the Valet to the front desk to housekeeping were awesome. It’s nice to stay where people enjoy their job.

Only stayed one night but in a great location, was able to walk to waterfront, bars, and shopping. Place was clean with a decent gym and pool

The room was beautiful! Cozy bed. Loved the valet service! We had breakfast in the Armory. The food was a great value! The service was very professional, but the server was a little slow.
It was a very convenient walk to The Flynn where we attended a concert.
I would very definitely recommend this hotel.

Service for brunch in the restaurant is a mess same as it was the last time I stayed here. Nice comfortable room and friendly staff generally.

Friendly staff and a clean room. Only rated 4 stars because we were charged for 2 in room bottles of weather we did not drink. Other than that great location right down town too. 👍
这个酒店的房间的设施、卫生、以及环境都是很不错的，就是这次我预定的是湖景双床房，实际入住酒店给的只是双床房，没有湖景，和酒店沟通后说没有湖景房了，可是我是提前预定而且已经提前付了湖景双床房全款的，就算当天我们晚上去的晚了一点，也是应该给我们预留房间的吧？结果酒店就是说没有了，只能给安排双床房没有湖景的，最后与预定平台携程沟通后也没有解决，只是协商给予退了房间的差价，携程平台也象征性的给了一些补偿赔款，就算解决了。我提前预定的湖景双床房就被酒店给易主了，当天的湖景房价涨的比较高，感觉被酒店高价给卖给别人了，而我们因语音不通，就这样被欺负了，当天晚上我们回到酒店已经晚上十点多了，累的不行了，还为了房间的事情多方沟通了很久，简直是恶心的不行，携程酒店客房帮忙沟通也是需要时间的，我们累死了，当天只能先休息了等待后续沟通处理结果，直到第二天的中午携程才反馈了沟通结果，酒店同意退房间差额，携程平台也给了一些赔偿，虽然退了差价和给了一些赔偿，但我们心里还是很不舒服的，必尽我们心怡了很久的湖景房没有住到。以后应该也不会再去了。真的很遗憾。除去房间的问题，退房的时候还扣了我两天的停车费，44美元，当时就和前台说了我们没有开车，前台也及时更正了结算单，说不扣停车费的，可我们离开后我的信用卡上还是被扣了44美元，和携程酒店客房沟通后说酒店扣错了，后续会退款的，（到目前为止也没有看到退款，继续等待中）
酒店门口的服务小哥需要称赞一下，我们回程的机场送机服务非常的好，本来以为需要等班车的，可小哥很热情的亲自开车把我们送到了机场，这个需要点赞👍。

很棒的酒店，有一个有趣的酒吧区……步行 5-10 分钟即可到达佛蒙特州一些最好的餐厅，或欣赏湖畔美景。
地理位置便利，步行即可到达我们想去的任何地方。房间配备洗衣机和烘干机，方便我们洗衣服。
