House keeping came once, elevator out of service, restaurants/ breakfast closed, wifi was very slow, The lamps was flicking all day which was the only light that was in the room.

酒店回复: Thank you for staying with us, housekeeping should do daily service unless a DND is on the door during service hours. The lights should not flicker, our staff would have had the bulbs replaced if contacted. The restaurant is closed until we finish our rebranding, however we offer free continental breakfast of fruit, muffins, cereal/milk and oatmeal. With the rebranding we will be continuing to make improvements to the property.

When we drove up to the property we decided to stay somewhere else, we decided to take the loss, felt very unsafe at this property, too many homeless in parking lot!

There had been a very strong monsoon storms that moved through the area before I arrived at the hotel. When I was checking in I was informed that the elevator did not work due to water damage and would not be fixed during my stay. The nice man at the front desk told me someone would be available to manage luggage up to my room on the second floor. I was given a room but found a big puddle of water under the split unit(air conditioning) and when the unit turned on water was spaying out of it. I informed the front desk and they said they would arrange for new room with a free upgrade. When I returned later that evening with my friend we found out we were on third floor and were assisted with our luggage. The room were clean and appeared newly updated. The hotel is not elder friendly as the beds were only 1 1/2 feet off the floor as well as sitting area couches. When we checked out we were rudely informed there was no one to help us with the luggage and desk person said I can’t do it. I asked for manager but none were present. Overall not a very good expense and I would not chose to book here again.

I will pass the concerns about our staff interaction to my management team as there should have been an FD agent but also a Security guard to assist guests with luggage .We will look into this further. Not what it seems to be
The weather was terrible and there were leaks all over the hotel. The king bed in my deluxe room was busted, The "renovated" rooms were extremely outdate and there was damage on all the furniture. The shower hot water was luke warm and the ventilation system did not function properly. The room was also NOT soundproof as stated in the description. There were no available amenties - no restaurant, no lunge, no swimming...

酒店回复: We unfortunately was hit with a hard storm than usual, which causes a rapid rate of rainfall, it was unexpected. During storms we cannot allow swimming as lightning strikes are dangerous in the area(within 10 miles), this is to protect guests. The room issues, I will send these directly to our management team to address it with Housekeeping and Maintenance . We are in the process of rebranding and making improvements to the property.

The only problem I had was the tv in the bedroom didn’t work. We were only there for one night, so it wasn’t a big deal for us. The service was great and the room was clean and nice
