Bitten by bedbug in room 108 nov.1 @ 4:30 a.m. Called the front desk and the desk clerk seemed uninterested in the issue. They offered another room 1511 Im sure it was a suite. At 5 a.m. and we just came at one a.m from dinner and basketball game. This cut our Memphis stay to a minimum. I called the General manager Sunday and as thur nov.the sixth there has not been any reply from general manager. Im seeking a total refund from this experience.

This is the 2nd time we been to the comfort Inn and I would definitely recommend this hotel for the location. The staff at the hotel couldn't do a enough for us , they cater for what ever we wanted and it made our stay even more enjoyable.
酒店不错，位置便利，所有设施都在步行距离之内。特别值得一提的是，住客可以免费使用地下停车场！
