We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which result in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. Property is very poorly kept. No elevator, u have to walk up flights of stairs with luggage. You can hear people in hallways. I killed 2 roaches in my room. Internet sucks, I had to use my cellphone for hot spot. Breakfast wasn't much of anything. Not really worth stay, needs to be reworked, and cleaned.

The exterior of the property has terrible lighting. The carpet was dingy, and there was no elevator. You have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Once you enter, the rooms are comfortable, cozy, and clean.

The beds smelled horrible- we have bug bites on our legs from bed bugs- the continental breakfast was a loaf of bread and a toaster- worse experience ever! When asked for extra towels they told us the maids only come in twice a week ? What?

Ac worked poorly. A broken tape together desk lamp in the room. There were a couple of dead flies on one of the beds in the room.
