Desk clerk less then friendly on arrival. Carpet in room equivalent to used sandpaper. Blankets thin and well used/old. Toilet so low and small like using a bucket. Tub barley big enough to bath a baby not an adult trying to take a shower. Water pressure low. TV reception terrible, virtually useless. Only clock in the room on the micro wave, hard to see. Should I go on?

We felt safe but the entry door bell rang all night and was within earshot of our room. The cleaning staff failed to service our room the first night and the room carpet was heavily stained. The ice machine was broken and we had to chip ice from a bin in a refrigerator. Overall we were sadly disappointed.

Staff was very friendly and hospitable. Clean hotel and close to good restaurants and sightseeing . Only improvement I would suggest is bigger pillows and more blankets on the beds . Also had to move the microwave to use it as the cord would not reach and was not plugged in when we arrived

The property was clean, our room was ok but the bathroom/ shower was awful the tub was slippery and nothing to grab on to very small and no exhaust. Will not be back.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The liberty station restaurant was wonderful and close by. An easy drive. Easy parking. The hallway where our room was could have been a little cleaner.
