The room was ok the staff was ok but the owner has to be one of the worst people I have ever come across in my life. Screaming at my girlfriend for asking to have the key re-keyed because it stopped working. She comes out of the lobby crying so of course now i am mad but kept my cool . Then he is yelling at me because i did disclose my girlfriend was staying in the room. He kept saying " you Americans think you can do whatever you want " and " white people are entitled " I laughed and pointed out the reservation stated 2 adults. Then he started ranting about us coming in after midnight. I explained to him am 52 years old and don't need his approval to stay out after midnight. Just a rude rude little man. I have travled for over 20 years for work and never have been treated like this by anyone especially the owneer. I will sleep in my car before i give this little man another penny.

This seemed like more of a motel than the hotel it is advertised as. We encountered loud guests, a neighbor with a run-in with management, and cigarette butts everywhere. Our room was clean enough, we were provided with fresh towels and beds made up, so the room itself was good. The internet service wasn’t great.

We had a great time at PCB. We were only in the hotel for sleeping and showering. The a/c ran great. The shower was nice and did not run out of hot water. The massager head was nice. There were bottles on the shower wall of shampoo and conditioner. The tv was very nice. The bed was kinda lumpy but typical of most hotels I've stayed at. The pillows were nice and fluffy. I slept fine though. There was a couch in our room that converted to a bed. There was no noise so after a busy day at the beach it was nice to come back and be able to relax in the peace and quiet. We did go to the breakfast and it was well stocked, very clean and tasty. The only negative was our room smelled like **** when we first got there but once the a/c was on, we didnt smell it anymore and that's with multiple trips in and out of the room. I would definitely book a room here again in the future. It was close to the beaches and conveniences. The staff were nice although we didn't have much interaction with them. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a cheaper but nice place outside the busy touristy areas.

No couch bed when I booked it was supposed to be 1 king bed and 1fold out couch bed all they were was a bed and a small two seat couch that didn’t fold out so I had to put the girls in the bed and I slept makeshift half way on the so called couch that was really a chair

Too expensive, very small rooms, they says that have breakfast in the web side with no specific is! The Staff so rude and looks that hate the job!

Old building so it Smelled weird. Pillows lumpy. Bathroom dirty walls and dirty looking floor trim. Over priced for the quality of stay.

房间很干净，但是微波炉坏了。这倒没什么，因为我用不到。不过，有个疯女人每天晚上都来敲我的门，把我吵醒。她既没疯也没喝醉，就是老是忘了该敲哪扇门。也许她*****，我也不知道。她的房间就在隔壁两扇门的地方。记住自己的房间号有那么难吗？这跟Quality Inn酒店没关系，我只是抱怨一下邻居。
