Just needed a room for a quick sleep. The room smelled like someone was cooking Indian food. The shower mechanism was leaking. Glad I didn't need to stay longer

Door card reader rarely worked. Had to try key many times. Sometimes red light would come on but most times no light would come on and wouldn’t unlock. Tried both key cards and same experience so I figure the door reader is the issue. Very annoying when arms full and unable to unlock room I paid for.

Property was advertised with hot tub but there was not one. Light in the bathroom was not working. Ran out of eggs because apparently there was some delivery issue. Carpet in stairway and common areas look filthy.

The staffs were accommodating. However, the smell of the lobby smells curry. Some people don’t like a smell of a strong curry especially in a lobby of a hotel. There are some baby stuffs like walker in a lobby. The breakfast is fine. Room card readers are not functioning. I have to call them to help me open the room.

The outside was dirty. It’s a rundown hotel that is way too expensive for what you get for accommodations. Would not recommend to anyone.

Disappointed by the Lack of Cleanliness
Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to the lack of cleanliness. Upon entering my room, I noticed several issues that made my stay uncomfortable. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, with visible stains and an unpleasant odor. The bed linens appeared unwashed, and there was dust on the furniture and surfaces.
I expected a higher standard of hygiene, especially considering the importance of cleanliness in hospitality. It was disappointing to see such neglect in maintaining the rooms. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their housekeeping standards for future guests.
I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

Not worth what I paid
Tired property. Bed was seriously uncomfortable and worn flat. Carpets were dirty. Bathroom was good, but drains were slow, clogged.

I have stayed at a lot of Quality Inns and this is by far the worst one I have ever stayed at. The facilities are rundown, broken and dirty, both inside and out. I would not recommend staying at this particular Quality Inn.
天气很热，我们入住的时候空调没有开。打开后，PTAC空调机组出风量很小。我把滤网取出来，发现上面全是黑色的污垢。我在浴缸里把它们洗干净后，房间才凉快下来。走廊里的空调都拔掉了插头，走廊里比外面还要热。游泳池因为一些问题关闭了。走廊的地毯很脏。不过，我们的房间是干净的。
