酒店回复: I am so sorry you felt our property was not aesthetically pleasing. Our staff was speaking of the renovations to our balconies, windows, sliding doors, and refurbishing of the rooms on our south tower. We are giving each room a face lift with new bedding, lamps, ice buckets, etc., even modernizing the bathrooms with new showers and vanities. Our priority was to make sure our guest rooms were completed first to ensure the best comfort of our guests who are always are number on priority. Once all of the renovations in those areas are complete, we will tackle the lobby and other common areas. I do hope you will give us another try in the future once all of our changes are complete. I hope your stay was pleasing otherwise. Thank you so much for your feedback, as it helps us gauge what we can do as a hotel to keep our guests coming back!

酒店回复: Sorry William that the balconies were not accessible during your stay with us. Microwaves come standard in our Family Suites, and available for guest use any time on floors 3 & 14. We have coffee pots in each room, but we do not have a coffee station in our Lobby. We do hope to open our Breakfast restaurant again once we finish renovations, then coffee can be offered there as well. We hope you will consider coming back once our renovations are completed.

10/10 I loved my stay. Chad at front desk was very accommodating. Views from oceanfront balcony was amazing. Ben the bartender at the restaurant on property was great and drinks were good. Nice lunch specials on food and drinks. Hotel was under renovation but it was very quiet and a peaceful stay. I will be returning.

The location is under construction which has taken out virtually all amenities which I get but it would be really nice if they would at least offer a coffee station in their lobby so their customers don’t have to leave the property just to get a cup of coffee in the morning!

这家酒店设施老旧，维护不佳。酒店的一些缺点：
1）卧室壁橱里有一个超大容量的热水器，会产生大量热量；2）房间内另一个壁橱里有一个噪音巨大的空调设备；（这两个缺点我从未在酒店见过）；3）浴缸和马桶老化；4）浴室的台面空间非常有限；5）泳池和泳池区域相当不美观，与“度假酒店”的形象不符。
此外，酒店正在“装修中”，但酒店详情中并未披露这一信息。
总而言之，我每晚支付201美元（含税），却入住了一家不值100美元的酒店。建议避免入住。
工作人员都说酒店改造快完成了。天哪，如果真是这样，他们可能想重新开始。酒店看起来破败不堪。只要去希尔顿酒店看看，就能发现变化很明显。
