This hotel has bed bugs. Both myself and daughter had numerous bites. The rooms are dirty. Coffee maker had dust in the water compartment, freezer had brown stains in the frozen ice. Plaster peeling off the wall. Never changed the bed sheets the 4 days we stayed. Carpets are very stained. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

At checkin, it is customary to point out the wifi code, breakfast hours and breakfast location. None was offered and when I asked, it was "code is on your key jacket," for breakfast hours, she pointed to the sign on the counter (which I hadn't noticed during checkin), and when I asked where, a point in a direction. All fine, just not very welcoming and made me feel a bit stupid for not noticing myself.

Very dated , elevator ridiculously slow, poor parking configuration for events at Wolstein center as they use their lot to allow event goers and force you into the literal parking basement. Room had mold in tub and water that had leaked from somewhere. Bed was ok and ac was fine. Good for sleeping only.

Room was ok it had a mini fridge and microwave in it for convenience but my problem came with the friends that were in my room (roach) then the sheets were stained carpet was stained. Pricing was decent for the stay I did enjoy the courteous staff despite the housekeeper that was upset because she couldn’t fit her cart on the elevator with us and proceeded to go back and forth with me about it, then start speaking in her native language of Russian. I also appreciated the free breakfast it actually was made fresh and with a smile. The ice machine was down on my floor but every other floor was available for ice so I did not mind the ride up. Overall i give this stay 6/10

孩子在凯斯西储读书，因此订了这个酒店。这个酒店在克利夫兰的城市里面，离开凯斯有大概5公里的距离。酒店也位于学校区域，对面就是克利夫兰州立大学的各种大楼。酒店有较大的停车场，边上有多个餐饮设施，吃饭比较方便。酒店本身早上备有早餐，简单有效。酒店本身也就在 Euclid大街上，而凯斯西储也在同一条大街上，就是开车一路下去，因此交通也很方便。住宿体验还是不错的。
有点破旧和过时。入口处的扶手椅清洁度可以再下点功夫。房间也比较老旧，但总体来说还算干净。地理位置优越，早餐不错，室内停车场也很好。总的来说，还算可以。
住得一直很棒，地理位置也很好——这个价格真的不能再要求更多了！
办理入住时，接待我的工作人员在我询问几个严肃问题时一直在开玩笑，这让我感觉很不专业，说实话也有点尴尬。
我们到了房间后，发现里面烟味很重——连浴巾都沾满了烟味。我向前台反映了这个问题，他们提出可以帮我们换房间，但我们已经把行李都收拾好了，所以决定还是待在房间里，尽量少待一会儿。
也许是我没注意到，但办理入住时，我惊讶地发现还要收取每日停车费。
值得一提的是，其他工作人员都非常礼貌。
我们是通过第三方预订的，他们试图把没有我们预订的房型归咎于此。不过，因为我们为特定房型支付了更高的价格，他们确实给了我们一些折扣，还提供了一张折叠床。但那张床糟透了，既不舒服，又会发出各种噪音。
服务很差。房间还算干净，但非常老旧，淋浴几乎不能用。整个地方臭气熏天。员工态度恶劣。
