Room itself was clean and spacious. I was not aware of the $150 incidental charge they had me pay at checkin, even though they had my card on file.

Unfortunately you booked via Third Party and it is their responsibility to inform you of this prior to checking in. However on the bright side it is only an authorization and the deposit is temporary, just a 2-3 day hold on the funds. We can't see, touch, or count the money. Your financial institution is in control of them at all times.

Shower water is cold, I got goose bumps after showering and staff said they could not fix it until after I check out. Elevator was broken for a bit. Common area was very cold. The hotel listing and availability online is different from what was offered on-site. Turned out I overpaid for what I did not need. As a choice hotel member I have to say this stay is not worth what I paid. Hair dryer was cracked at check-in.

As far as the water is concerned yes, there was a problem unfortunately we had to replace some valves on the hot water tank which of course we did not know about until several inquiries from our guests. Online and on property prices do differ. Online gives a discounted rate rate but requires a pre-pay and is non cancellable. The hotel rate has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Its always best to talk with your desk clerks to see how the can provide better options for you. We are always customer service oriented for any issues

walked into a cooler a free booze for happy hour, that was very nice on a hot day! the gentleman checking us in was rude and super slow. the lady working with him was awesome, wish i had gotten her name. we were only there for a Reds game, so in and out, quickly.

First off when we got there parking was easy and convenient. They had complimentary refreshments at the door. However i was disappointed that when we checked in we had to pay again. When i booked it online i gave my card information for the payment to come out on the day we showed up unfortunately it dies not work like that here. So instead of them using that money they held we end up paying again. That left me with hardly no funds to use for the remaining stay. My plans were compromised. Cause now that money is now gone. So we ended up having to stay and pretty much pinch off what little i had left to eat. We were there for the cincinnati music festival that i won tickets on the radio for. We were going to the cincinnati zoo, but that didn't happy. The room we were in sat right across from the ice machine which ran off and on all night we got no sleep. You can here stomping in the room above us. Next time i will be booking an airbnb from here on out. These hotels are a scam.

The staff was great! The breakfast area was very nice and it had a nice variety. Bed was comfortable. The entire property need to be renovated. There was a large amount of water damage in the ceiling tiles throughout the hallways as well as in my room. Pictures on the wall were coming apart. There was a hole in the bathroom door. Dust in the vent in the bathroom. I came in quite late and didn't need to use my key to get into the hotel. That made me feel unsafe. The parking lot is the stragest setup ive ever seen. This property has a lot of potential, but needs some TLC.

酒店回复: Yes we are aware of a few things that need updating, but our guest say they like the Mom and Pop atmosphere. The doors are locked between 11pm and 12 am afterwards the GSR can unlock the door for you when they see you coming. Thank you so much for your feedback.

After check in…. I went to the room and is was full of moisture and smelled like mold. I asked for a different room but they were full. This room was a handicap room which I did not reserve. I asked for a refund but this was booked through *******. I had to go through ******* for a refund. Still waiting for that to be settled since this was a non refundable reservation. I’m sure ******* will do the right think.
Do not stay at this hotel!!!! The worker at the front desk was very nice. That was the only positive.

All the staff were personable & very friendly. Breakfast area was clean & plentiful. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint is we felt the floors in the room needed to be cleaned deeper. They appeared clean but the carpet had a bit of an oily feel & the hard floors were a little tacky/sticky.

酒店回复: Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate it. I beginning to think that the Febreze air freshener we spray is the culprit. Not 100% sure, but I'm pretty much stuck there. Same for the carpet, with the temperatures being extremely high this year and then raining off and on everything is sticky. Ithink its too much moisture in the air.

Friendly and clean but a little rough around some edges. This is a decent property overall. The cleark was friendly and efficient.
