Rooms could use a deep clean. I had two rooms that was supposed to be beside each other but they had a guest stay and extra night so they split them up till next day. The first room had a strong musty smell our second room was nice and had perfume smell. Next day they gave us a room beside our other room it had musty smell just not as strong. Be cautious around the pool area tbey have piece in fence that is broke and my daughter was able to go through it.

Never anybody at the front desk they are always in the back room behind their front desk,or lounging around on the furniture by the TV. Not friendly at all they seem to be bothered whenever you asked for anything. They do not greet you or smile at you when you check in hallways were never vacuumed on a daily basis or the stairways cleaned,trash cans piled up for several days around the property.

A Stay to Forget

The service was decent, the breakfast quality was reasonable, and fresh towels were provided daily. However, the room I stayed in was extremely disappointing. Although I had booked a non-smoking room, the room had a strong smell of smoke. Unlike the room my travel companion stayed in, which did not have any noticeable odor, this room was overwhelmed by what seemed to be a distinct smell. I requested a room change but was informed that no other rooms with a king bed were available. That was a nightmare stay.

When arrived, i noticed signs everywhere in order to get more towels, please bring 2 to front desk. Well when tried, towels werent available.

Housekeepers said go to front desk.

Rooms weren't cleaned daily or trashed emptied. I had to put in the hall.

The toliet in my room overflowed. When i went to the front. He wanted to give me, the guest a plunger,

He didn't have one so he took a toliet bowl cleaner to push down.

Maintenance never came & i had ro clean all the water up
