We try our hardest to fulfill everyone's request, and sadly we did not have enough non smoking rooms available. If we had any non smoking options available we would have been more than happy to provide one for you. We do understand that having a smoking room can hinder a guests vacation and do provide a free cancellation if our guests do want the option to find more suitable accommodations. We do hope you may give us another chance in the future after our renovation is complete and our smoking rooms are removed so we may show you a truly enjoyable stay.

We try to provide the closest room for each guest but sometimes the availability does not allow. This is our high season, along with spring break so we haven't had much availability in the past month. We deeply apologize that everyone was out and about when you checked in so it seems empty

We try our hardest to use all the resources out there to communicate with our guests and try to help them the best we can. We also apologize for not having our breakfast stocked and ready for you on the morning you were here. This is not a common occurrence and have already corrected the issue that occurred. We hope to make the proper improvements based off of your comments to provide a better stay in the future.
