Great staff. Great breakfast. Pretty clean and recently refurbished. There are a few glitches, e.g., one of the outlets on one side of the bed isn't working.

The front desk employee was rude and disrespectful. Asked for an extra pillow and was told there were none. Really??? On check in, told the elevator was not working. Worked intermittently that night, was also told elevator service costs was 2k. Assumed it would be fixed as we were also told they were sold out the next night.Next night on return to hotel, No out of order sign on the elevator we entered and it was not working so risked getting stuck in the elevator. No employees had name badges including front desk, breakfast attendant, cleaning crew. Customer service was below poor. When we asked about the elevator.We were told we could leave. No offer to move rooms, discount, nothing. The front desk clerk got loud and said we could leave. Other guests heard exchange. I asked for a discount at least for the inconvenience. We went to our room on the 3rd floor and the front desk called our room saying reservation had been canceled and receive a discount. It was approximately 11 pm so i told him we would be leaving in the morning which we did. Awful experience at this hotel, we will not be using this location ever again, hesitant about using any Super 8 or even Wyndham owned properties if this is acceptable employee behavior.

Rooms need to be updated and the beds need to be replaced with a more up to date mattress and pillows that have more comfort

I did not stay, I canceled my reservation due to a family emergency surgery, and I was charged a days stay

I had specified that I wanted the room with the hot tub! I had kidney stone surgery two weeks ago and had the stent removed on Friday .
I wanted to soak in a warm tub without having issues about getting up from a regular tub !
Instead the reservation showed only for a king size room !
The room was very dusty and the bed was as hard as if I was sleeping on the floor !
Needless to say , I wasn’t a very happy camper !
If it wasn’t for the fact that I had to be at a project ten miles away for Monday morning, I would never have taken the substitute room !

Complete lack of property maintenance. No money is being put back into the rooms. Needs an entire facelift. Prices have increased relative to market, but no money is being reinvested.

Hotel smelled on entering. Room smelled like smoke. Rugs, chairs stained, sheets and mattress stained. Second room just as bad. We left.
