Complete lack of property maintenance. No money is being put back into the rooms. Needs an entire facelift. Prices have increased relative to market, but no money is being reinvested.

Hotel smelled on entering. Room smelled like smoke. Rugs, chairs stained, sheets and mattress stained. Second room just as bad. We left.

Not good. Our room was filthy. Dust, dirt and stains everywhere including the sheets. Unfortunately we were in town for Notre Dame football and had no where else to go. For the amount of money they increase these rooms to on game days this was definitely not worth it.

Unfortunately, our room wreaked of cigarette smoke. Gave me a headache. I was very tired so I did sleep. Shower faucet detached from wall and water damage above in shower roof.

The accessible room was roomy and had nice bathroom amenities. The staff was very kind and helpful!
