There seemed to be homeless individuals all around the property. I called down to the front desk asking for a blanket since there was not one in my room and I was told I would have to come to pick it up from the front desk myself.

This hotel is older and a bit run down. Areas of worn carpet in the common area hallway in front of the elevator where the cleaning cart had worn it down are repaired with duct tape. Hallway outside my room was in need of vacuuming. One of the sinks in my room had a constant faucet leak and after showering I found water accumulated on the floor on the side of the toilet opposite the bathtub - clearly not from a dripping shower curtain but some bigger issue. Based on water stains on the tile, this has been going on for some time. That being said, the customer service was excellent. I arrived at midnight and the desk clerk was right there, ready to check me in. The room was clean, bed was comfy. I liked that the floors in the room were hardwood instead of the usual carpet. There was a convenient coffee maker and fridge in the room and the ice machine worked, which can’t always be said at some of the more expensive hotels I’ve stayed at. I had to do some work during my stay and the desk and chair provided were comfortable, great access to power outlets. WiFi signal was strong. This hotel was definitely a good value for the price paid, conveniently located. I would recommend.

Check in was fine and we liked the host but immediately upon adjusting the a/c, the room filled with dense smoke— like so thick we couldn’t breathe and it caused a thick haze in the room within seconds.
Ended up canceling our stay as a result of this and lack of another suite with jet tub.
Requested a call from the hotel manager to discuss our issues and never got a call.
Still also haven’t received a refund.
My clothes still stink like smoke.
No real remorse or apology from hotel— I should’ve pulled the fire alarm. Maybe that would’ve gotten a stronger response.
I will never use Red Lion again.

Maybe the sheets had been changed?…still garbage on floor from previous guests, bathroom floor was filthy. No latch on bathroom door obviously had been broken down before.

This hotel needs to be shut down immediately and redone. It is in really bad shape and I’m trying to be positive but it is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my daughter made it one night and left by 9 AM in the morning to go to a new hotel. There’s no locks on the door in the hotel no deadbolt at least every door is broken from a fire that they had a year before the fire department had to kick in the doors it is in dire Conditions

The ac didn’t work for one which was very uncomfortable all night. We also paid $14 for breakfast which should have been served until 10 but by 9:30 they had already stopped cooking.
