I only live about 45 minutes away so this is always my go to spot to stay at when in Boise for concerts! Rooms are always clean and comfortable and I say that as a former housekeeping supervisor for a hotel chain. Always a good stay here, but my girl Serena at the front desk? GIVE HER A RAISE!!! She remembered my boyfriend and I from a stay back in September. Remembered that I like a fan in the room, and when my airhead self left my hydroflask at the front desk she happily brought it up to my room. Definitely will always recommend this hotel, and if Serena helps you it’ll be an even better stay! Thank you! :)

Easily the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve been in nicer Motel 6es. The carpets in the hallways were stained and dirty and looked like they never get vacuumed. The furniture in the room was beyond scratched up—it was SO trashy looking. The walls were scuffed and had dried boogers on them. The wallpaper was cut/torn. There were two sinks—one of them had a leak that made water shoot out the back of the faucet and the other dripped so constantly that there is a brown hard water stain in it. The bath tub was super dirty and had a ton of gross floaty things in it. The walls were thin and I could hear everything in the hallway. The ONLY thing about this visit that was even remotely acceptable is that the bed was comfortable and the sheets/towels seemed clean. You honestly couldn’t pay me to stay there again. The pictures on the website look NOTHING like the room I stayed in.

The ladies (2, different shifts) at reception were great and the only staff encountered except a polite knock on my door by cleaning staff.
Room was quite clean, but "hot" water was not to be had for two showers at different times of the day.
Overall, a good stay.

The last 2 times I've stayed here there is no way to control the temperature in the room which is frustrating. The thermostat is gone, and if the fan is turned on it's loud so I had to open the window/slider door and leave them open all night to cool down the room.

The toilet wasn’t cleaned, stains on chair in corner, elevator loud, the thermostat was close to falling off the wall and constantly hissing. The shower was a default when water turned on. As a result, the room was so hot. Had to sleep w slider door open.

Room was extremely hot and the only way to cool it was opening the window. Hallways were disgusting and looked like they havent been vacuumed in months. There was a used bar of soap from the previous guest still in the shower. At the restaurant i waited 50 minutes for a chicken quesadilla! I will say the manager was very helpful and made an effort to make amends.
Overall not pleased even remotely. I have stayed in a lot of red lions, and they have always been good to me but I will not be back to this one
