Clean and comfortable hotel near many restaurants and parks along the river. Breakfast buffet is good, nice gym as well. Friendly staff.

In the beginning I got the wrong room , but I come back and they change my room for this one I makes the reservation.

A Jazza-lishes stay
Very clean rooms! the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and cordial. The lobby itself is very retro and chic. The king bed my wife and I slept in was so comfortable! And our view we had on the 21st floor was Jaw dropping :) perfect for going to a football/baseball game and exploring local restaurants! The pool was also fantastic it’s not very deep but the glass dome room is very neat ! Only complaints I have are the menu for room service wasn’t working at the time. Was inexpensive in my opinion for what I received I would HIGHLY suggest getting the included breakfast, the restaurant below the hotel is to die for !

总体来说，这里是个很棒的住宿地点。我每年至少会来一次。不过入住时有点小不爽。接待人员态度不太友好，还说我的卡被拒了。后来发现是因为她试图刷卡而不是插卡。我只好换了张卡，然后打电话给Visa询问原因。我是加拿大人，当时住在美国。退房服务好多了，换了一位工作人员，帮我换成了我常用的卡。另外，他们显然没有预料到橄榄球赛结束后会有这么多人来。这也不是他们第一次遇到这种情况了。我觉得这应该归咎于酒店的日程安排。工作人员尽力了，而且都非常友善和乐于助人。如果想看辛辛那提猛虎队的比赛，这里是个绝佳的选择。离球场只有几个街区。
首先，这家酒店没有空中走廊，你必须把车停在街对面或者使用代客泊车服务。那条街非常繁忙，甚至连人行横道都没有。如果你没有准时到达，离开停车场后，即使只停了20分钟，也要支付8.5美元。我问他们是否有停车券，他们说没有。之后我提前一点到达，他们说会在房间准备好后打电话通知我。结果入住前我根本没接到电话。下午4点回到汽车旅馆时，我的房间还没准备好。到了5点，房间还是没准备好。前台的一位女士非常热心，在我们等待的时候给了我们一张餐厅的代金券。当时我们一家四口还在准备出门看劳动节烟花。虽然我们最终拿到了房间，但房间非常小，游泳池也很小。凯悦酒店的性价比不高。停车位、房间供应、游泳池等等，所有方面都很糟糕，我给这家酒店2分。
我从机场乘坐2X路（TANK）巴士到酒店。巴士站就在酒店门前，票价2美元。每30分钟一班。我主要去观看棒球比赛，但到球场大约需要15分钟，虽然是夜间比赛，但现场观众很多，所以我能安全返回。酒店内还有一个24小时营业的便利店，出售各种小吃。我有点担心厕所的水压低，但除此之外，没有其他问题。
我预订房间时额外支付了早餐费用，但当我下去的时候，他们告诉我他们不再提供早餐了，如果我需要的话，可以自己去买。
入住时前台非常热情友好，房间宽敞干净。商店在一楼，营业到深夜，也很方便。下次来辛辛那提还会再来这家店。
