Good hotel right in the downtown area next to a well equipped and large YMCA which is free to use by guests of hotel, i enjoyed the friendliness of the employees and guest service personnel.

Located north of the city, with less conjestion, but still walking distance to shops & restaurants - Four points was not as luxuroius as some of the others hotels that are 3-5x's as much, but clean and great coustomer service made for a great value.

Television didn’t work and no one showed to help. Never had room service and had to request trash cans emopyed.
Never had clean towels and went to front desk for help.

Great place but no phone or electrical outlets of any kind by either side of bed. Seemed odd for a hotel of this quality.

挺不错的，屋内环境不错，大堂稍微寒酸了点。价格不算贵。
