Easy accommodating staff. We requested conjoined room without difficulty. We checkout early and rest of my company stayed longer without fuss and we just let them know.

Property well kept, room ok except poor lighting, only lights in the bedroom area were lamps. Bed very comfortable.
Breakfast area small, eggs and bacon cold (eggs were warm second morning but because of the Aircon went cold after a few mouthfuls.) everything plastic or cardboard , for recycling I guess, knives forks etc out of a dispenser which from the UK was very strange. The recycling angle is good except people were putting food waste in the bin as well, notices not clear enough so a complete waste of time.
Overall a good base for Asheville and the Biltmore estate.

Small Bathroom and did not like that the sink was not in the bathroom. Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly and nice.

Great place
I needed toothpaste and the lady at the front desk said she had to hunt some down. She called up to my room to let me know she was still looking then later brought it to my room. Room was clean and check in was easy!
