Large bathroom & counter-space. Coffee & tea station with various teas. Fresh fruit in the water carafe which was tasty. Friendly staff. Pleasant patio with a fire pit.

Indoor pool and good gymn equipment . Didn’t like that bar was advertised online at this hotel, but didn’t have enough staff to open it. Requested towels from staff in hotel but didn’t receive them. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

It was great to see some of the business back in Asheville. The Hampton was convenient to Biltmore village, town, and The Biltmore. I plan to stay there again when I return. The people at the front desk were exceptional!

Our room was clean but you could hear all the road noise on at night. The shampoo bottle in the shower was completely empty (not much of a problem as we used our own) but should probably be checked in between check ins. The breakfast options are average and if you are trying to sympathize heart healthy you will be a bit challenged. The staff were very kind, friendly and welcoming.
