To clarify, our rooms with two beds are equipped with double (full-size) beds, not queen-size. We understand this can feel cramped for a family of four, and we apologize for any confusion.Unfortunately, due to fire safety regulations set by the Fire Marshal, we are not permitted to place rollaway beds in rooms with two beds, as it would create a fire hazard.We also want to apologize for the delayed response — there has been a recent change in management, and we’re working hard to ensure all guest feedback is addressed. smells like bleach other cleaners and frebreeze with NO ventilation and windows permanently closed. could not breathe. left immediately and lost my $469 fees as they were none refundable. dont go here Yuck

The first thing walking in you notice is the smell of disinfectant. The breakfast area was disgusting and the food was subpar. There was no service. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. There was no desk chair or anywhere to sit beside the bed.

Unless there is no other choice, this is a hard pass! Breakfast until 10, unless the guy says it’s “close to 10, I’m not making more eggs”. It was 9:35am. Unless, you specifically ask them to refresh the room, which you must the day before you want it done, and they say you never asked…but you did….

可惜这家酒店已经过了鼎盛时期!员工很友善,但酒店本身很糟糕。地毯上满是污渍……我走进一楼的房间,一股浓重的霉味扑面而来。我不得不把门敞开,把空调开到最大才能让空气流通!为了不让霉味蔓延,我不得不把空调开到最低,风扇开到最大!我不敢光脚走进那个房间……走廊里的地毯也沾满了污渍!我女朋友和其他房间的空调都出了问题。我们去葛培理湾参加一个会议……我很失望,因为这是离他们最近的酒店,但我不会再去了!
酒店不错,干净整洁。不过需要注意的是……我们的房间描述说可以住两个成人和两个孩子,但实际上不行。床很小,而且不是大号床……标准尺寸的床非常狭窄,睡觉很困难,而且没有空间放折叠床。
总体来说,入住体验不错。工作人员很友好,房间很干净。特大床非常舒适。折叠沙发床确实有些过时了,弹簧基本都变形了。不得不打电话去拿床单。除此之外,体验还不错。
