Took our boys to Boise to visit family over Fall Break, they loved and lived at the pool and hot tub. It is close to so many places. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Will absolutely stay here again!

The room was clean but it had a smell like they tried to clean the carpets but it never got the smell out of the room.

some areas could use a little more tidying up..(elevators and hallways) staff very friendly and helpful.
breakfast provided was of good variety and was arranged in a user friendly setup. A few areas of inconvenience due to painting and remodeling taking place.

We stayed in an handicapped accessible room for my husband. The bathroom had plenty of grab bars in it. It was not a walk in shower. It was a tub. Difficult for disabled persons to step over the tub side. Also the mat on the tub floor was very slick. It should have ridges. The exaust vent in the bathroom was covered in fuzz. The floor in the bathroom needed to be cleaned better. The caulking around the toilet needs replaced.
The interior room needed updated furniture. The tv console was made of pressboard. The door that that housed the refridgerator apparently had been water damaged and the whole bottom of the door was swollen open and split and when you accessd the console door and opened it pressboard chips littered the floor. Also the facing on the console was damaged and missing. The carpet was stained everywhere. It needs to be replaced.
We were there for medical visits to the hospital so La Quinta is very handy location. The staff was great, the kitchen was ok. The air conditioner did not stay on very long at 60 degrees. The window was not accessable. The outside of it was covered in plastic.

The room carpet was stained. The chair in the room had so little cushon it felt like sitting on wood. There was debris on floor in room, over entire stay so i dont think they cleaned well. I have stayed here before, but won't again.

Overall the stay was good. Their housekeeping just needs to pay a bit more attention to details. It wasn’t very clean.

Front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind. Pool is open 24 hours. There was adequate light in the room, which I really appreciate.

Everything was wonderful about my stay however the carpet in my room needed to be cleaned.
