This isn’t a fancy hotel, but it was very clean, quiet, comfortable and staff very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff person did not smile at me on arrival or at any time during check in. There was trash on the corridor floor and when I finally informed the front desk the trash remained for several hours

nice staff, i had to check in late and out early and they were very accommodating. area felt safe & secure and the rooms were sizable and clean (i had a single) very nice shower & bathroom.

According to corporate, this chains hotels that are pet friendly are supposed to accept cats and dogs. When we arrived at this pet friendly hotel they refued to accept our cats so we had to keep driving all night...now I am struggling to get a refund from customer service...no one calls me back when they say...

The day after my stay, my arm itched a lot. I had several fresh bites up my forearm that turned into welts. This is consistent with bed bugs. Now I'm double washing my clothes from the trip. I have picture's.

Very dirty and needs major attention. The floors were gross, cobwebs all over and ants. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and brought hair up when I used it. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else.
