Our room was clean and we were comfortable. Staff member there was very nice.
We missed both airport shuttle there and back to the airport due to how late we arrived and how early we left. I do wish the manager would have shuttled us over to Boise State in the morning since it was within shuttle service time and they clearly were not busy. Otherwise, awesome place to stay and breakfast was good.

Nic at the front desk is an exceptional guy very kind and polite he was greeting me every time when I was in or out of the hotel also giving me all the info about the premises that I needed.

Room was dirty, stuff left on floor from previous people who stayed, no toilet paper. We always check under bed for bed bugs and noticed the dust ruffle on box spring was stained with blood and other liquid/soil stains. Very disgusting. We had to ask to have housekeeping, which was fine. The first morning we asked for it we were told no because they got slammed with too many people. So we asked for it the next day and they said yes. Come back at end of day and they never came. Will not be coming back to this place.

The room was very clean, the bathtub drained, the shower head was great, I liked the laminate floor instead of carpet and the room was spacious. The two things that kept it from a 5 star was that the desk was never at the desk because they were tasked with so many other things:/ I saw people wait and wait there and then they just gave up. The same was true when I called before and during my trip with questions You need another person out there--it is a busy place! The other thing was the parking. Everyone was jammed packed down there. It is super hard to turn into a spot and get out of a spot. And then everyone was sandwiched in close. Also the box trucks parked behind the cars also provided a special challenge if you had to park near them. My car is long and wide and I dreaded parking every night--I was there three days:/

The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The property is about what you would expect for the price. There is a small workout room, and a pool and hot tub, plus a good business center.The furniture around the refrigerator could use some dusting. Beds were comfortable with a variety of pillows. One side of the building directly faces the highway, which creates quite a bit of noise. They did leave earplugs on the nightstand, which was helpful!

Initial room was dirty and apparently wasn’t cleaned. Bathroom had a wet towel hanging in it. Bedding was dirty and stained. Requested a move to another room and it was clean. Accommodating staff.
