Bed is as hard as a rock. Wouldn't stay here if proximity wasn't as convenient to a job site. Price is a bit much for area and comfort, $10/more a night is much more comfortable at the hilton or Hampton Inn.

Very clean! Pet friendly....staff very friendly, central location with tons of restraunts within easy walking distance. Huge beautiful outlet mall (Tanger) a quick and easy two minute walk away.

Hotel was a bit dated, but clean. Room was spacious, and we enjoyed the jetted tub in the room. Mattress was very soft, so great if you like that. Breakfast was pretty standard for included, continental breakfast.
Staff at front desk was very helpful when we needed a corkscrew to open wine purchased at Biltmore!
