The beds were very comfortable. I stayed on the ground floor, the rooms were very clean. I felt safe because of the security guard and gated parking lot.

Great hotel, the beds were really comfortable, and I felt safe. The hotel is gated and they have security. I will definitely return.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The place is falling apart. We were told there’s no maintenance staff for the hotel. Lobby, stairwell and corridors are absolutely filthy. We had to change 4 rooms before settling down Room1 : reeking of smoke Room 2: reeking of mould, wet fog and dampness Room 3: fridge door didn’t close due to over built up of ice in the freezer Room 4: The one we stayed in - mouldy shower, only 1 towel and face cloth, no kleenex, 1/2 roll of toilet paper Hotel boasts of continental breakfast- there was no breakfast, except for watery decaf coffee NEVER STAY HERE OR OTHER QUALITY INN CHAIN HOTELS

Without a doubt the worst place I've ever stayed. The room was dirty, had no towels, no TV remote. The toilet handle was disconnected, so couldn't flush the toilet. People were screaming, fighting, and banging on doors (including mine) all night long. It was the most shocking accommodation I've ever experienced in my life.

The good news- newer carpet and paint in 2nd floor hall. Room w king bed was large. Unfortunately, the ac was weak throughout ( hall thermostat set on 72-but registered 81) We went down to bfast 30 mins before close. There was 1 piece of white bread, 2 kinds of cold cereal,& broken waffle dispenser. I spoke to front desk and she explained the paper bowl was to dip out of to get batter. ( very hygienic 🤮). The lobby and eating area need cleaning and decorating- although the red reindeer were…smtg.

When we walked into this hotel, I immediately knew I had made a huge mistake. The first question I asked, "Is the pool open?" The worker said, "No, it's under maintenance." We went into the room and it wasn't appealing at all!! It looked unkempt and had an odor. I felt if the owners didn't put much effort into updates and cleanliness, they wouldn't place too much stock into clean sheets and the proper handling and serving of foods. Hence, we decided not to eat the continental breakfast and removed all bed covers (including the stained mattress covers) to wash for the next few nights. We brought the bedding down and requested instructions to use the laundry room. This room was also under maintenance, so we only had three options: to put the bedding back on the mattresses, go to the nearest laundromat, or ask for two clean sets. The representative gave us the sets, but said they had no more comforters; so we used the flat sheet to cover up. We also asked for more toilet tissue because the roll was almost gone. Mind you, we had just arrived, hence, we hadn't touched the tissue. The representative searched in other rooms and presented two used rolls. 😔 Our room had no iron, so the representative searched another room and brought an iron. The next morning around 8:40 AM, we were headed out and was making coffee. We noticed the chairs were flipped upside down and stored on the tables & no breakfast (except cereal and milk) was avaliable...breakfast closed at 9:00 AM. Someone from the desk came over and offered two packets of microwavable mini sausage and biscuits. Wow!! I continued to shake my head and ask myself what have I gotten us into???? Our last night was horrible. The neighbors were loud. They argued, screamed, and fought all night and all morning. They were running down the hallway and slamming doors! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!! I've come to the conclusion that hotels are not as they used to be😫

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I was in town for a conference with one of my co-workers. It was comfortable, the bed was soft and the staff was really nice. The room was really clean. There was security on staff so I felt safe. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was dirty and run-down. The shower felt like a cave and it had a broken light. The bathroom sink was cracked. There were bugs on the floor, and everything smelled like smoke. I had prepaid for a three-night stay, not knowing how gross the hotel would be. After checking in, I checked out the following morning at 9 AM to go to a different hotel. Despite this, they refused to refund me for the two nights I didn't stay.

My hotel stay at Quality Inn Memphis Northeast was the worst experience I have ever had. Nothing like the pictures or past reviews. Room dirty, breakfast little to none and to top it off my car was hit in the lot, reported to staff and not one cared
酒店很干净,但是只有一个出入口。提供停车位。停车场有门,但是没有关上,车辆安全得不到保障。夜班服务员态度很差,一点也不乐于助人。早班的服务员人很好,也很亲切。
