Room was in disrepair - safe didn’t open, door to shower didn’t open easily, shower door leaked big time, fridge didn’t work. Whole place needs a paint job.
But great location to all the restaurants and stores of Safety Harbor.

We had a lovely weekend at the spa, wonderful champagne lunch and a beautiful room with a view is large and comfortable.

We loved our stay, the staff is very accommodating, we were able to check in early. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was always good but was not included with the room. We’ll be back again
这家度假村设施齐全，应有尽有。不过，房间有点热，空调不制冷。至于那个蒂基酒吧，有DJ在放音乐。不幸的是，持日票的客人太多了，泳池都挤满了人。我强烈建议不要向当地人出售日票，这样付费入住的客人才能更好地享受酒店设施，不至于感到过于拥挤。
停车也很困难，车位有限。大部分停车位都被持日票的客人占用了。
非常好，我很喜欢。工作人员很友善，房间也很干净。

很遗憾，我们入住后不久就不得不退房了，因为房间不仅脏乱，淋浴喷头坏了，淋浴花洒里全是霉菌，水槽的热水龙头也坏了，天花板摇摇欲坠，漏水的地方还有一滩水。我们订了两间房，另一间房没有空调，工作人员也无法帮我们接通。
我们入住的房间位于酒店老旧破败的区域。房间里只有两个很扁的枕头，床垫也不舒服。酒店不提供免费饮用水，我打电话给前台询问，他们却指引我去电梯旁的净水机取水，但那里连杯子都没有。我以为即使是位于矿泉水泉眼之上的普通客房，也应该为客人提供两小瓶水。室外泳池没有加热，可能是坏了。室外提基泳池的免费水壶是空的，我向工作人员反映后，水壶依然是空的，每次都要排队才能续水。安全港地区很迷人，我计划再去一次。
我们办理入住时，酒店告知我们的预订已被取消。尽管我们有来自*******的包含酒店确认号码的电子邮件。前台工作人员坚持说我们没有房间了，45分钟后酒店才为我们重新预订了房间。然而，每次入住Safety Harbor水疗度假村都会遇到问题，从空调故障到房间被取消，不一而足。
