我在那里住过几次,发现有一两个细节有点糟糕。早餐和几年前大不相同了,前台工作人员用他们的母语英语沟通不太顺畅,真是遗憾。我们团里有些人反映房间不干净。我的淋浴坏了两个晚上!
房子周围有带刺铁丝网的围栏。离明格伍德音乐厅很近。虽然步行即可到达,但打车绝对是一个不错的选择,因为那里不太安全。房间不错,床很舒服,住了一晚。如果去明格伍德音乐厅看音乐会,我会再次入住。
我们的房间下午3点后还没准备好。酒店图片不准确。虽然酒店周围有围栏,但由于地处市中心,感觉不太安全。我们一进房间,房间就很干净,设施也很新。由于地理位置的原因,我们不会再住这里了。
2025年4月4日,星期五,晚上10点左右,一位身材较高的前台服务员“绅士”态度不太好。
他竟然在我坐着的休息区吃饭,在我试图放松的时候,把个人音乐播放器开得又大又响。
他把电话挂了,所以我不得不亲自下去问叫醒服务。
他一直坐在原地,问了我三次房间号,尽管他甚至不在前台附近,但我还是没接到叫醒服务!其他服务员都很棒——德洛丽丝和那个帮我办理入住和周日早上7点退房的年轻人!
酒店维护得很好,房间里的家具和台面看起来焕然一新。工作人员友好热情,乐于助人。
我没有给满分的唯一原因是空调太旧,噪音很大,而且门缝透进来的光线会打扰睡觉的人。这家酒店很简朴,大堂很小,但我觉得比比尔街那家酒店更实用。这里非常安静,停车场就在附近,而且价格也更实惠。总的来说,性价比更高。下次我来这里,我还会住在这里。
我不太喜欢到达后等了一分钟才办理入住,虽然我已经预订了房间。电视有点问题,工作人员终于解决了。浴室门关不上锁。房间里没有网站上说的微波炉。有些插座坏了。Joyce女士的早餐做得非常好。
餐厅里的女士人很好。前台/可能的管理人员在附近时,她似乎有些担心。我问了一下,由于天气恶劣,是否可以提前一天退房,因为我要开车8个小时,而且孟菲斯已经下了6英寸的雪,他们不允许我提前退房。我觉得除了工作人员和家人在前台后面的地板上睡觉外,那里就只有我一个人了。
当我们到达时,他们给我们安排了一间不干净的房间,然后换到一间门打不开的房间,然后又换到第三个房间,我们安顿下来。第二天,有人敲我们的门,说他们有我们所住房间的钥匙,而且钥匙能用。之后,一名工作人员站在门外,说我们没有付房费,要求出示身份证。我告诉他让我穿好衣服,下楼后把身份证拿下来,我解释了我们到达时发生的事情,他说身份证没有录入系统。我们回到房间,试着用钥匙,但没用,所以我又下楼去拿钥匙进房间,他说我已停用钥匙,因为它可能靠近我的手机,但不,钥匙不再起作用了,因为他已经为别人激活了钥匙。非常糟糕的经历,永远不会再住,也不会推荐。
非常干净,但不是每天都打扫。马桶就像儿童托儿所一样。马桶太矮,坐下很不舒服,而且很容易摔倒。垃圾堆积得很高,但除此之外,住宿体验很棒。
