Staff makes the stay … Jaylen at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer, especially when my Mother was lost on the elevator! Paul at the bar makes a lovely drink!

Everyone was friendly and check in was fast. My only complaint is that you’re already paying for the hotel room why do I have to pay for parking as well? That’s seems very ridiculous.

Excellent location. We had a room overlooking Fountain Square. Rooms are spacious with all the relevant amenities. Price was wonderful and self-park was reasonably priced. The concierge was very personable and became almost a friend!
一如既往，美国的酒店房间都挺大的，遗憾的是餐厅周日和周一都没有早餐。外出早餐选择了bubble bee，还不错，第一次感受了辛辛那提的Goetta.
酒店地理位置极佳，周边有很多美食和酒吧。

住几天，只有第一天打扫卫生，后面都不管的
这家酒店非常老旧，作为一家豪华酒店，它完全达不到标准。主要问题是房间里的温控器——它根本不起作用！没有空调——只能调节几度。糟糕透了，一点空气流通都没有，我们入住时房间里就弥漫着一股陈腐的气味。
我们对这次入住体验非常失望。房间的空调坏了，我们向前台反映了情况，他们说派人上去修了。但是当我们回到房间时，里面比之前更热了，所以我们当晚11点就退房去了别的地方。也没有人给我们安排新的房间。
我们临时更改了行程，他们甚至拒绝回电讨论退款事宜。简直是敲诈勒索。就算免费我也不会住那里。
