Not bad, improvements noted
I had stayed there before and they have improved their rooms (fresh paint , new cabinets, Moen sink faucets, etc).
Reduced score because they could not give me a ground floor room I had requested in an empty motel. And, both times I stayed there they put you in the extreme back of the place. As well as no coffee in the “lobby”

My Stay was terrible! The property needs to be painted, also it needs to be cleaned up. It wasn't worth the 91.00 that I was charged . I would recommend anyone to stay there !

When I went to check in the hotel the worker tried to charge me a 100 dollar deposit. I told him the website said 50, he told me it's because I have 2 dogs, motel 6 allows 2 dogs, then he changed it to wanting a 50 dollar cash deposit. I had to use the foreign ATM which of course charged a fee to get the cash. I reserved a double queen non smoking, I was given a room that had an ashtray and smelled heavily of **** and the air conditioning sounded like screeching. Then I went to the desk and told him I asked for a non smoking room. He told me if I want a totally non smoking room I had to go to the 2nd floor even though the hotel was very empty, but whatever as long as it was clean. There was glass all over the parking lot and it was dirty looking. Loud people outside at 1am. Usually motel 6 is great while traveling but I'd never stay at this one again. Sketchy is an understatement for both property and check in guy

Didn't even drop off my bags here. Quickly discovered thay they have bed bugs in the room thay was assigned to me. They give you ten minutes feom check in to raise any issue before you forfeit your rights to refund/compensation/upgrade.
Can't cheap out on hotels in the Downtown Memphis area. It's a grimey city. Go to Graceland, once, then leave.

房间太冷了。打开暖气花了 2 个小时房间才达到 50 度。前台派了街上最差的维修工来告诉我们再等一会儿。我们筋疲力尽，最后只好把淋浴打开，让房间温度达到 65 度。房间门大约有一英寸的缝隙。所以不得不放一条毛巾，这样别人就看不见，冷空气也不会不断进来。前台找借口说花了 125 美元，体验太差了。40 美元的房间本来可以得到更好的服务。太遗憾了。太糟糕了。
房间非常糟糕。我住在一间带按摩浴缸的套房。蟑螂爬了一整夜。地板上甚至还有死蟑螂。微波炉和冰箱非常糟糕。我和我的男朋友在这里度过了我们的周年纪念日，我永远不会回来。外面很好，但内部需要清洁并喷洒蟑螂药！
