As always the hotel was clean the staff was friendly and you actually have a peace of mind when you go to sleep

Very clean safe and quiet. No homeless interaction. Absolutely no bugs. Staff very cool. The only issue is that they are very strict on the checkout time.

Jay (check-in)) and Anthony (check-out) were pleasant and helpful at the reception desk. Although this Super 8 had the typical breakfast fare there was a Waffle House a short walk across the street. The pool was small yet cute. The location was close to area attractions on the Blue Ridge Parkway and a short drive to downtown.

We chose this hotel based off reviews we found online. Many of the reviews gave 10/10. This is not a 10/10. It was fine for one night stay. But there are many other hotel options in the area. Pick a different one.

The best front desk ever!
The receptionist when I arrived was wonderful--friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and with a wonderful sense of humor. He is a keeper!

我们到酒店的时候已经很晚了，房间里到处都是冷凝水，房间里到处都是湿气，房间里有氨水的味道。浴缸地板很滑，而且发霉了。浴室地板很软，就像乙烯基地板下面有一个洞。床上的床单看起来很干净，房间里的咖啡壶很脏，水箱里有霉菌。房间里的空调只有 1 个速度，而且整晚都吵得要命。谢天谢地，停车场灯光充足，到处都有摄像头。前台的夜班服务员在防弹玻璃后面为我们办理了入住手续，态度很好。但我们回家之前需要一个睡觉的地方，所以它发挥了作用。
