I had a reservation, being required to pay at the hotel at check-in.
Two hours before check-in, I was called by the hotel, to let me know know they are now sold out. 15 second call, nothing else, bye bye.
I had to book a different hotel very last minute

This hotel is extremely filthy! Floors are dirtier than dirt! Literal dirt, stains. Saw bugs on the floor. Building smells bad and room even worse. Our entire family could not fall asleep because of the smell and the worst beds and pillows! I've stayed in many-many hotels and this one is BY FAR the worst. I booked it because reviews looked good, but don't be fooled!
Walls are paper thin. We got to experience a domestic violence happening one the floor above us and we could hear every single word at 4AM!

Couldn’t even stay, they had a considerable number of guests and waiting on rooms trying to check-in because they only had one cleaning lady for the entire 3 FLOORS BUILDING? The staff were not the nicest about it, attitude was noticeably when directing to customers.
Maybe I they had a bad day, but you should have backup of the backup so u don’t have guests waiting more than an hour to get their room.

It was okay for one night, room was clean. Outside was dirty and littered with homeless. Facilities were eh, gym had one treadmill machine.
