The room smelled of smoke the first night, when they cleared it out when I was out that day my second night was dealing with an above loud person all night. It was not the staffs fault, they did what they could. But for the price, it was honestly the worst experience I have had.

Overall the room was okay. The refrigerator kept making some odd noises. If you need anything for the kitchen you have to ask at the front desk (no dishes, glasses, etc..).

The staff was very friendly, and that is where the positives end. As soon as my wife and I walked through the door to our room, the pungent smell of must blasted in our faces. We took our shoes off and quickly noticed that the bottoms of our socks were quickly blackened. I wiped a towel on the floor and it immediately turned black, as if I had just wiped it on charcoal. It was clear to us that this floor had never once been properly cleaned. Against our better judgment, we stayed the night. The next day, I woke up with food poisoning. I am not going to blame the hotel on this, but surely the moldy air flowing from the air conditioning did not help. After feeling miserable the rest of the day, and despite our Sisyphean efforts to rid the awful smell with air freshener, I decided we absolutely had to leave. We found another place to lodge, promptly left, and it was the best decision I made during the entire duration of our stay in Asheville.

The staff was very friendly outgoing n very attentive. The room is very clean just missing a hair dryer. If I had known there was no dryer I would have brought mine from home but other than that the room was great. I’d stay here again !!

The staff called before my stay to let me know the satellites were down so no tv but i was ok with that. They gave me a discount for it. It was clean except for the floor. My feet were black 5 minutes after walking around barefoot. I like the fact that it had a small kitchen if we were staying longer that would be nice. And they're pet friendly!

My room wasn't ready on time ..I had clean the room my self ...no Internet the whole time I was there ..I spent over 600 to stay ...not happy

Great staff, bad rooms
The only good thing about this hotel is its staff. Its staff is some of the BEST hotel staff I’ve run into in a while! Great personalities and very kind!
Now- it’s two stars cuz of the room. The air conditioning was loud and we couldn’t sleep well, and you can hear upstairs! Very frustrating

Very clean and had what we needed for our stay. Front desk staff are all helpful and friendly. The location is super convenient to everything we wanted to do in Asheville for the week, and the best price I found.
