Very enjoyable stay breakfast was great rooms were clean and tidy staff was very friendly and helpful definitely would stay here again and would recommend others to stay here

Mold Issues! Stay away! All I can guess is they have serious issues with common AC or are trying to save money by not running the room ac’s. What ever it is we have multiple rooms have mold issues. Some areas they tried paiting over. Other don’t look addressed at all. Do not stay!

The hotel and staff was excellent. The breakfast was phenomenal every morning. I will be returning to Jacksonville and I will definitely book with them . The parking was great every night . We always had a parking space . Thank you for a Great Stay From My Family

The rooms was great customer service was amazing they were very helpful nice was very pleased with the service they were very generous polite the breakfast was great pillows was very fluffy Roos was very nice and clean I enjoyed my stay and will visit again

Rooms were spaces and comfortable, the staff was friendly and available at a moment’s notice. Also the Wi-Fi was great and the area was clean and safe. This is a great place for family and friends. No bed bugs no drama just peace and relaxation

Truly the most disgusting place I have ever been to! Paid for room and left without spending the night! Smelled gross, dirty and scary! I thought I might get robbed if I stayed! DO NOT STAY HERE EVER!! They should be ashamed to call this a Quality Inn!!

Nice hotel. Was quiet area and the hotel was clean. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Will be staying here again. Would recommend to people looking for a good deal and a friendly atmosphere.

The worst experience of my life. We pulled in for check in and the parking lot was full of law enforcement with sections taped off. We get into the office and was told it was a domestic disturbance. We check into one room that was totally filthy, sink faucet not even secure, bathtub with mold. We asked for another room that was already renovated and was taken to two other rooms that were just as disgusting. We chose one room but left to get something to eat (it was 10 at night). A police officer lifted the tape to let us out (by now the entire parking lot is taped off) and told us to find something to do for several hours as it was an active investigation and he did not know when we could return. Called the front desk guy and told him we were not returning and we drove up the road to a much better hotel. I read some reviews later about theft and other criminal activity at this hotel. Don't waste your time or money on this dump.
