Building is very old. Mattresses were the worst I have experienced in a long time. Our room had no safety door latch and the carpet pulls up every time you open the door. The balcony and view of the marina was great.

Room was cute theme, view was great, staff was friendly and efficient but too many houseless people in parking area at night. To walk to office requires navigating the gauntlet of sketchy folks. It was quite a distance so I had to drive there to get coffee/creamer

The view from our room was amazing. We had the deluxe king room. 2 patio doors & 2 decks.
On the negative … the carpet was very worn & disgustingly dirty.
