This is a decent motel on a commercial ***** in Astoria. The room was clean and it was generally quiet. I had an issue with my TV that was resolved relatively easily. Staff were available and helpful.

Room was in good condition although you can provide a thicker blanket on the bed, don’t charge for shampoo, TV goes out after 15 minutes, bathroom door water damaged on bottom.

Property was very dilapidated and weather worn. Staff was unfriendly and argumentative because I had booked through a third party. Staff was unwilling to work with me to modify and incorrect booking eventhough I had my booking from online and it was an overall horrible experience. I cancelled my booking and booked another location and am now disputing the charges incurred.

地理位置绝佳，非常好找。入住手续办理得又快又顺利。我的房间在后面，沿着一条车道走下去，面朝水景、大桥和河滨步道。远离街道噪音，真是个意外之喜！房间虽然不大，但非常干净，也令人满意。街对面有家墨西哥餐厅，吃饭的好地方，营业到很晚。这里也是早上散步的好去处，可以一边喝咖啡一边在河滨步道拍出绝美照片。因为抵达太晚，没能去泳池看看。肯定会再来住的！比我预期的要好！
服务还行。设施很陈旧。床垫的弹簧感觉都快把布料戳穿了。马桶漏水，墙壁也需要重新粉刷。空调非常吵。房间里弥漫着一股很浓的清新剂味，我们不得不开着门散味。大堂里的“咖啡”是温水，味道简直太糟糕了。找个更好的地方住吧。

低于平均水平。前台女老板态度古怪，当着客人的面贬低她的女员工。女员工自己态度也很古怪，感觉她像个……
房间很干净，但布置简陋。冰箱没开，马马虎虎。外观极其破旧。工作人员说，本来应该放在这里的洗衣机已经好几年没用了。我们特意住在这里就是为了这个；这不可能。睡觉还可以，但除此之外，我再也不住了。
