Staff was super friendly and the location is amazing. You are right across the stadium and around the corner from beal street. You can walk to other attractions as well, the area was safe and easy to navigate.

Property could use a little maintenance at least for our bathroom. Other than that the people and service were top notch!!!!!! The vibe on Beale street was second to none and I would highly recommend this hotel for all your downtown needs!

First room we entered smelled strongly of bleach, and the toilet had visible dirt on its seat. I asked to switch rooms. Staff was amenable. Second room did not smell as strongly of bleach, I guess because it had been more hours passed since the cleaning crew did their thing. However, you would think a room that smells like the toxic cleaning supplies used to clean it would mean you are stepping into a cleaned room. Nope. Some mold on the shower grout. Stains here and there, like on the light switches, which could have easily been wiped away with a wet rag. Dust galore. Food crumb on floor near trash. Not coming back to this hotel. No pool. Tiny gym. Hesitant to stay at any more Westins. The positives is that this location is right next to Beale Street and easy access to other Memphis hotspots. The exterior and the lobby areas are well kept and fancy-ish. It was quiet; no disturbances from the street or from other patrons. Also, both of my rooms were on the 9th floor, which is the top floor. Also, valet parking only.
