Really great hotel if you need to be in the heart of Cincinnati, but overall downtown Cincinnati is feels abandoned, rundown, and trashed. As regular big city visitors. The hotel was the best part of the city

Family review
The twin ladies at the front desk were very accommodating and helpful. At first I thought the poor woman was working multiple shifts at one time haha. The gentlemen at breakfast were also very friendly and the area was clean.

Common areas starting to look worn but overall it was a great stay. Room was clean and quiet. Easy parking and much cheaper if you don't use the valet service.

The staff is outstanding, the facility is impeccably clean, and our room was incredibly comfortable and peaceful at night. Breakfast is wonderful, though it would be nice to have scrambled eggs available for those of us who prefer them without cheese. We didn't utilize the gym, but we certainly appreciated the lobby and additional seating.
My only complaint was there is NO parking for a tall truck and we had to park 2 streets and 2 blocks away. For $365/nt there should be parking available for all passenger vehicles

Precious was an amazing staff member who was super kind, attentive and helpful. Only downfall for us was the room had so much space (which was amazing) but no fridge. And the TV didnt have a menu option or anything showing what you were watching so you just had to keep clicking through the channels until you found something. Overall though would stay there again because of the cleanliness, location and staff!

The room was very nice, the staff terrific, breakfast great. Parking next door was easy. The common areas needed some attention (carpets needed cleaned) I was disappointed that our towels didn't get changed or the bed straightened (I did not expect a sheet change). The street is busy and sometimes traffic makes it difficult to get to the curb and entrance. Overall we will come back.

房间还不错……我父亲住在走廊对面的房间，他的电视坏了。我们打了好几次电话，也发了短信，他们总是说已经联系了维修人员，应该很快就到。结果我们住了两晚，维修人员都没来，我只收到了一句道歉。非常失望。
员工非常不专业，缺乏服务意识。
发生紧急疏散时，员工不知所措，也不知道该如何安抚客人。酒店需要对员工进行紧急疏散预案培训。
房间里温度高达80度。我们投诉后被告知他们无能为力。我们要求换房间，他们也说不行。
