The staff is fantastic and very helpful!!! The floor in our room was filthy. I spilled some water and wiped it up with a washcloth, which was extremely dirty from the floor. There were hairs on a couple of the pillow cases and fitted sheet. Rooms need a serious, fresh undated or deep cleaning.

staff helpful, rooms clean. A bit of paint touch up and stain on furniture would make a big improvement on appearance of your property.

Television was not working at all cuz of weather ( saying bad connection) but other tv in breakfast area is working umm) so can’t watch any shows or news in the morning so that’s one one issue . Clean room and breakfast is suitable.

Stay anywhere else! Room smelled like it was chain smoked in, fridge emitting a burning smell and wasn’t even cold, let hot water run for 10 minutes and never even got warm and TV didn’t work. All of these issues were told to staff and it was stated due to this we would need to stay elsewhere, the response OK thank you. We never even unpacked and with no remedy there we had to leave and go elsewhere. If you take any advice take this. Sleep in your car if you must at all cost go somewhere else.

The only downside of my hotel stay was the malfunctioning shower head, which forced me to use the handheld showerhead. Another issue was the noise from other rooms, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.
