The shower was broken. It was an accessible room (which I didn’t need, but it’s nice they have), but the shower had a valve that was just spinning so water didn’t come out. I had to make do with a water bottle and the sink. It was one of those hurry out the door early mornings.
Staff suggested on check out that I should have told maintenance the night before when I hadn’t tried to shower yet or that they could put me in a different room for the next night even though I was checking out and there was no next night.
They didn’t offer a refund of any portion or a real apology. It was annoying.

This hotel was just off the interstate and had nice restaurants across the road which you could walk to if you are so inclined.

The property is very clean, modern and well kept. The staff was very courteous friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. The pool area also offered a spa. It's also very close to a number of dining and shopping options. By the way Wolfchase Mall is very close, a short drive or a nice walk.

Staying here was a great experience. The only problem was that my room was on the first floor just a short way down the hall from the lobby, and there were people out there talking with their outdoor voices, it sounded like, late at night and early in the morning. When I commented about it at the desk, I was told they were construction workers.

Check in was not a great experience. I did do pre-check in online prior to our arrival, however it was a more timely experience than it needed to be. The young lady that checked us in was very unprofessional with no customer service skills at all. Additional guest services training would be recommended.
I also requested an extra blanket for the room, that request was not fulfilled.

At checkout the next morning found several cars vandalized even with all the cameras supposedly in the parking lot. An extremely large amount of vehicles which means someone had no worries of being apprehended and had all the time in the world. I don’t know why my vehicle was spared but it seemed to be the only one spared. This review is for the others who weren’t spared. This was in my home city and my guest who I brought was instantly disgusted with my hometown as am I. The crime makes me glad I moved
