Room was fine and staff were friendly. The company has decided to raise room rates and charge for parking and it no longer worth the cost. Also the tv remotes basically don't work about 75% of the time. You have to repeatedly press a button and hope it will respond.

Courtyard staff has been excellent. They go above and beyond. The room was spacious and the view of the river was awesome. Great location in Diwnton Charleston, WV.

No complementary breakfast or complementary dinner no complementary anything except for coffee in your room. Everything cost a lot of money. I would rather stay at other motels like that.Daury who offers a lot of free amenities, and the beds are very comfortable

Stay here often and consistently friendly, clean and quiet. Love the Bistro and firepit. Very convenient.

The outside patio with the fire pit overlooking the river is delightful place to be after a day of travel. The bed was comfortable in the rooms impeccably clean.
