Everything was great the only thing is the redone bathrooms dont have a rack to put soap on so had to sit it on the floor and it didnt have a toilet paper holder.there were some light bulbs missing and one didnt work but other than that i like this hotel very much

Room was ok, i would have rated you higher but your team took an unauthorized 50 dollars out of my account, when and if I come back is based on that

- we were placed in a room with a toilet, they knew, didn't flush
- the beds were lumpy
- the carpets were dirty, old and disgusting
- the scrambled eggs in morning tasted weird
- the fan cover in the washroom was hanging down from the ceiling
- the cleaning staff didn't have uniforms to easily recognize them
- the desk staff had to Google where a coffee place was near their hotel
I do not recommend this hotel

The toilet u had to lift the back sometimes and turn the knob for it to refill.the blow dryer didnt work.one bedroom ceiling light didnt work.the freezer had ice build up.everything else was great

Warning, don’t stay here!!
First thing, staff congregate at entrance on endless smoke breaks. Be prepared to walk through smoke clouds when entering.
Second, old is fine. Old and dirty is not.
Gross loofa hanging on bathroom door. Badly stained carpet. Plastic bag on smoke detector.
Questionable persons hanging around parking lot.
And cars with hoods open in parking lot.
Felt uneasy & unsafe.
BIGGEST ISSUE….fire alarm went off second night. When we went to the front desk, we were told that there was no concern of fire. It was a faulty alarm, but the fire department had to turn off the alarm & their response time was 20 to 30 minutes. Good thing the building was not on fire!! After listening to the blaring alarm for 30 minutes and we were finally drifting off back to sleep… because we had a very important and long day the following morning… the fire department had to clear all the rooms so we were disrupted yet again. Not blaming the fireman for doing their job, but we weren’t able to go to sleep until close to 1 o’clock in the morning. We had to check out by 7 am. Sleep was extremely important.
Breakfast was undercooked & I opted for a price of toast instead.
When I contacted the manger about being compensated with some sort of refund…the general manager couldn’t be bothered to return my call. I had to call FOUR times and ask ******* to get involved to receive a measly 10% refund for the second night.
If it hadn’t been so cold, I would have stayed in my car.

The pool room was so echo loud that you couldn’t hear yourself think. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and went off for an hour while our two small children cried. No fire, so we stayed in our room while the loud alarm kept us all awake. Weird people hanging around outside and in the lobby. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The property is a little older. The rooms are clean, the breakfast was wonderful. Thank you! We look forward to visiting again.

Rooms are in the process of being renovated. Bathroom was mainly done except no place to hang towels or place your soap. Rug throughout the hallway & rooms is stained & I assume will be replaced with the renovation. Everything needs updating.

房间还可以。房间里有一大块空地，本来可以放一张扶手椅，就像大多数酒店房间那样。浴室需要翻新一下了，让我想起了汽车旅馆的浴室。
早餐不错。自助餐种类不多，比欧陆式早餐好一点点，但至少味道不错。
地理位置很好，就在高速公路旁边。作为一名独自旅行的客人，我感觉相对安全。总的来说，考虑到价格便宜，如果游泳池和热水浴缸能正常使用的话，我可能还会再次入住，但大概只住一晚。
如果可以的话，我真想给负星。我们被安排的第一间房里弥漫着霉味，窗边的墙上还长着肉眼可见的黑霉。第二间房更脏，即使“打扫”过了也一样。墙上到处都是饮料渍/泼溅物，椅子上有烟头烫的痕迹，每个角落都爬满了蜘蛛网，床架都坏了，门框也被强行撬开了。这房间简直就像是从犯罪纪录片里走出来的一样，就差警戒线了。枕头也臭气熏天。这是我住过的最差的乡村旅馆。
