The first room they had me in the bed was broke the TV didn’t work. The shower was disgusting. Water is set up in there the second room they put me in stains and dead bugs on the wall and Nasty refrigerator. I come back to my room and all my belongings are gone Manager claims that my check out was Saturday when it was on Sunday. Why would I leave all my personal belongings in a room if I checked out, I was horrified.

The front desk person was very nice but the property was very run down. Desk chair in room had surface ripped off it, desk table had broken leg, fridge was so full of ice buildup we didn’t have room for food, elevator stunk to high heaven and carpet throughout needs to be removed, lamp knobs didn’t work and no USB charger ports. Property is very run down but bedding and towels were clean.

The staff was very nice. The property really needed repairs and our room was dirty. We had to specifically ask them to clean it and to make sure to vacuum.

The people at the front desk were very kind, polite and the breakfast good. We were happy to be assigned a handicapped room since it was on the first floor. Our bed and it's bedding was very comfortable. The free WIFI was appreciated and while the TVs were a little outdated, the cable choices were adequate.
Unfortunately, I'm sorry to report that the maintenance and cleaning was lacking in the bathroom. This is because the bathroom has a water problem. First of all, the bracket designed to hold the shower head was broken and the water pressure terribly low, making showers long, and difficult to rinse off. The barrier free floor along with too short of a shower curtain allowed the water to leak out on to the tiled floor, making it very slippery and hazardous to stand on. Because of the shower's bad design and it's lack of proper cleaning, a pinkish colored mold has developed in the tile grout along the floor and corners outside the shower. Our towels, though plush and looking clean, smelled stale and dirty.

Hotel is in need maintenance and upkeep. Bed was clean, which was acceptable since we had a late arrival and just needed a place to sleep. But carpet in elevator and room both needed cleaned/replaced. Areas half painted, floor trim missing, even small things like no battery cover on back of remote.

At 6:01 PM on the day of our check-in on 9/13/25, I received a phone call saying that a pipe burst in our room and there was no longer a room available for us. This was a major inconvenience for us. I was told there was nothing we could do about it. We had to find other accommodations at the last minute, which was not easy. The hotel told me that a refund will be issued through ******* and that we would see it in 7 to 10 days, but I am still worried that this will not happen. I have never experienced something like this. We have stayed here in the past and have two more trips planned to stay there in the future. I just would like confirmation that we will indeed be receiving a refund.

The property cancelled our reservation, which had been made months in advance, late on the date of arrival. Apparently they had some issues with a pipe bursting, but there was no attempt to get us a room at another property in the area, so we ended up having to drive several hours home after a very long day.
Disappointing inaction by the property to find us another room as they were obviously putting their profitability in front of their customer’s needs.
No comment on the property itself since we never got to stay there.

The entrance to the Hotel was very dirty. The entrance door and glass definitely needed cleaning.The grounds around the building needed to be spruced up as well. Outside our ground floor window there were a bunch of dead tree limbs. Looks like the limbs have been out there for quite some time. An eyesore for customers. (I even took a picture). We understand the Hotel is under renovation.
The room was clean and we were only there for the night.

房间还可以。房间里有一大块空地，本来可以放一张扶手椅，就像大多数酒店房间那样。浴室需要翻新一下了，让我想起了汽车旅馆的浴室。
早餐不错。自助餐种类不多，比欧陆式早餐好一点点，但至少味道不错。
地理位置很好，就在高速公路旁边。作为一名独自旅行的客人，我感觉相对安全。总的来说，考虑到价格便宜，如果游泳池和热水浴缸能正常使用的话，我可能还会再次入住，但大概只住一晚。
